For this reason, Dr. Ghavami is proud to work exclusively with CareCredit, a convenient financial solution that offers rhinoplasty patients the option of breaking down the cost of their procedure into affordable monthly payments. CareCredit offers extended payment plans (two to five years) that make surgery expenses that much more manageable. Find out if you qualify by completing the CareCredit online application.

Dr. Ghavami is not in-network with any insurances, and rhinoplasty will not be covered by your insurance unless it is deemed medically necessary, a decision made on a per-patient basis. If the surgery is deemed medically necessary, certain PPO plans that include an out-of-network benefits option for specialists or surgeons may be used. In those cases, it is important to note that the related fees (for anesthesia and the use of an outpatient surgical center) may or may not also be covered by insurance.

Dr. Ghavami charges a fee for his pre-surgery consultation, though this fee will be applied to your rhinoplasty expenses should you decide to have the surgery.
